Who are we?
Helm El Noor Foundation for Art Development is an Egyptian Non Governmental and NonProfit foundation started as an Art Initiative in 2014. The Helm Elnoor Foundation for Art Development was registered in 2021 on 11416 under the Ministry of Social Solidarity. Helm ElNoor Foundation aims at discovering, preparing and training talented Arab youth on the required skills; in order to be artistic characters capable of being present as well as communicating with the local and international communities. This would be achieved through developing youth capacities in the psychological, social and artistic fields. Thus, they would be effective in others’ lives and be a light for their communities, societies and for the whole world.

Doctrine of Helm Elnoor
In Helm El Noor, we believe that
every person has his/her own
dream. They have to work hard and
seek to fulfill it... We, also, believe
that through our dreams and
through art, we can transform
societies and nations.
Our goal
To come out with effective and
psychologically, artistically and
socially healthy artists who are
capable of locally and
internationally participating.
The Targeted Group
Youth from all Arab countries
Development Fields
Artistically
that the talented youth
would become willing for
development; and would obtain
professional studies through
specific stages and goals, and in
specific periods of time. They
would also be willing for constant
learning and would have the skills
and abilities that could qualify
them to be international artists.
Psychologically
that youth would
become mature, accepted and
willing to accept others.
Socially
that youth would become
popular, accepting others, smart
and able to deal with others
according to the etiquette rules.
They would, also, be educated, able
to introduce their thoughts easily
and effectively in wise and calm
ways.
