What is Helm Elnoor?

It is an Initiative aims at discovering, preparing and training talented Arab youth on the required skills; in order to be artistic characters capable of being present as well as communicating with the local and international communities. This would be achieved through developing youth capacities in the psychological, social and artistic fields. Thus, they would be effective in others’ lives and be a light for their communities, societies and for the whole world.
